St. Ann’s 2009 Lawn Party News (July 26):
Spaghetti and Meatball Dinner
This year our Lawn Party will feature a Spaghetti and Meatball Dinner prepared by the UNICO Club on Saturday evening following 4 p.m. Mass. Tickets are on sale following all Masses this weekend, July 25 &26 and at the rectory office between 8:30 and 3:30 p.m.
Lawn Party Raffle and Events
By now you have received our letter and raffle tickets for the Annual Lawn Party – Aug. 1 & 2. You know that your support of this is what makes for a successful event. Please help us by returning your stubs and money as soon as possible and be sure to keep the listing of events for the Lawn Party, found on the back of the raffle letter. We, of course, would also appreciate any help you can offer for the event as well as helping us by baking for the Bake Sale table.
Lawn Party Tag Sale Items
Donations are now being accepted, but the deadline for
accepting tag sale donation is Wednesday, July 29th. Items
may be dropped off on the back porch of St. Ann Rectory any
time, or if you need help removing them from your car, call
ahead to be sure someone will be at the rectory to help you.
When selecting items to donate, please be mindful that we are
unable to accept computers, Christmas trees, large appliances,
skis or ski boots, clothing or televisions. . Thank you!
Craft Items Needed for 2009 Lawn Party
If you have been crafting throughout the year and have
items you could donate to our Aug. 1 & 2 Lawn Party Craft
Table, we’d appreciate it. Please contact Sandy Morley at
637-2904 or the church office at 637-0157. Thank you.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO BAKE
We will once again hold a bake sale at our Annual Law
Party event. If you would like to bake something to donate to
our bake sale, please contact Sandy Morley at 637-2904 to
let her know. Please keep in mind we will not be able to
refrigerate items, so we can’t accept items that require it. If
you use a dish or plate you would like returned –PLEASE.

Bell Tower work (5.09)
Staging as it went up this week from May 5-8, 2009. The work on the Bell Tower Restoration begins today May 7th with completion scheduled for mid June 2009.
